Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, accommodating staff, and a good location for visiting family. However, there were issues with insects in the room. Overall, a better option than a Travelodge.
The hotel had tired-looking rooms with their own door to the outside; clean to a decent standard despite the worn appearance. It was a challenge to find the room at 9.30 pm. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, being welcoming, helpful, and not pushy. The location was convenient, close to fast-food restaurants, but with some noise disturbances at night. The dining experience was good overall, although service was slow at times. Overall, the hotel provided a cozy and comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
Upon arriving, I found that the rooms weren't ready, and unfortunately, they were infested with insects. Despite this, the room was cleaned and equipped with a television, kettle, and even some coffee. However, the overhanging trees around the property contributed to the issue. Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful during our stay, making the experience more bearable. The location was fitting for my visit, although the carpets could use some attention, and the exterior improvements would be beneficial. The on-site Indian restaurant stood out positively. The dining experience, with its continental choices, was lovely and sufficient to kickstart my day. The facilities provided were good as well.
